great value, it was outstanding stay. very good bedrooms and very clean beds. sea view was charming. besides, the area was perfect, next to basement cinema.

I had superb days staying at this pet-friendly hotel. Pleasant location, fine beds, very tasty variety of breakfast food. I liked having coffee/tea making machines, blinds and power sockets. The staffs were flexible and service helpful. A wonderful beach, priceless view😀🙂

Staff and location were good. A kitchen available. It was right by Lake Rotorua.
